Afrikans need Love.
Afrika is the mother of humanity, Afrika is the birthplace of civilization, Afrika is the lamp stand from where the light of civilisations of the world today shone first and the Afrikans of antiquity are ever revered for the unrepeatable works they did which still last and shine in the worlds till today.

But today, Afrikan people are the  poorest people, with the poorest economy in the world, with the poorest statistics and poorest children and the lowest density of leadership. We see many wars, internal divisions, neo colonialism,  much poverty, inter ethnic crisis, foreign armies all over Afrika in the name of peace keeping, refugee camps filled to the brim with Afrikan children that should be in the school preparing for the future, and the Afrikan people therefore have no prestige in the world today, we find ourselves at the very bottom of the ladder, and we are still fighting ourselves down the ladder.

Is it hatred within? We have known it; is it internal competition? We have known it; is it putting ourselves, devaluing ourselves and preferring foreign things over everything Afrikan? We have known and still experience such today.

About 50 years have passed still we cannot speak to ourselves in our own language, we are divided with thousands of languages and depend on foreign languages to speak to our brothers and sisters.

Afrikans, no, we cannot continue this way, we cannot continue on this path that leads to the valley of swamps. What Afrika most today is not the divisions among us, what Afrika needs today is not politics, not foreign aids, not money, not resources, what Afrikans need today is Love, live is that missing factor which we all know that Afrika needs today.

Love is that magnet that makes a people come together to build a family, build a community, unite to build a nation; Love is what makes heaven where we all want to be, and can make Afrika a place to be once again.

Love is what makes man able to live together with his fellow man, and to live in peace and to progress.

Love is what makes us forget the past sins, agree on our differences and live together, work together and make all progress we can ever dream of.

Love is what will clean the boundaries of tribe and religion and make a united people who cannot live together peacefully,  and the colonial boundaries shall collapse before the gentleness of love so we can have a boundless Afrika, for all Afrikans.

Where there is no love, u see hate, where there is hate there is disunity, in disunity there is division and where there is division there is no progress and no power.

A divided people are single sticks that can be broken one after the other: a divided Afrika has been broken one after the other till no one stands, and no Afrikan state can withstand this pressure alone. We need to be united, need to face our destiny as one Afrikan people, to make it to Uhuru.

There must be love in the Afrikan  families, love between the tribes of Afrika, love between the people of Afrika, love from the leaders of Afrika for our people, which will lead to love from the people for their leaders.

It is lack of love that makes us sell ourselves, to enslave our people, to fight unnecessary wars and destroy our own lives and property; it is lack of love that makes people not to pay their workers what and when they deserve, it is lack of love that makes our leaders sign deals against our people to favour colonialists, it is lack of love that makes our politicians divert our wealth to distant lands while we groan in the pains, our roads bad, people starve, in the midst of wealth doing without.

We have experienced love of money, love of power, power of money and power let us once again begin to experience the power of love, love for God love for the people.

Let us shut down the door of imperialism permanently by the force of love, let us unite Afrika, let us have a united Afrika.

Let us go for love, let us have politicians who are ready to die for the people, let it not be a few, but let it become a norm in Afrika.
Let us respect God above everyone, let us respect Afrika above every nation, let us respect fellow Afrikans above every people in the world.
A friend once said to me "if the people of Afrika can love themselves with all their hearts, Afrika will become a paradise because all cooperation all wisdom and power needed for Afrika will be available, as everyone will be thinking 'what shall I do to make the lives of my people better?"

That is why we need love, whenever u talk about the need for the emergence of a new nation, people usually say " it cannot work, they do not love themselves " that is why love must be present love will make Afrika work, love will put Afrika on the path of progress, love is the cement that holds the blocks of a nation together, without love no unity and without unity there is no progress and power.

Let us have love as the no 1 value for the Afrikan people, let that love be seen in action in all its aspects and form like selflessness, kindness, passion, compassion, forgiveness and patience toward all. When love becomes our no 1 principle we shall have the paradise we want on earth, a united Afrika rising from last to first.

God bless Afrika
