It was earlier reported that James Ocholi Driver had no driving license and the accident was caused by over speeding ( read here).
However, another report from the preliminary road traffic investigation
into the accident that killed the Late Minister of State for Labour,
Mr. James Ocholi (SAN), his wife and son has brought up curious and
indicting revelations.The Corp Marshal of the Federal Roads Safety Commssion (FRSC), Mr. Boboye Oyeyemi who led the investigation team, told the Federal Executive Council that besides the reports that alleged the driver to be over-speeding, they found out that the Dunlop tyres on the sports utility vehicle (SUV) were wrongly attached to the rim inwardly instead of outwardly.
