The sentiment surrounding the Buhari's 2016 controversial budget for Nigerian states is unfathomable. We still wonder why the sum of N662.5bn was allocated to Lagos State, While five popular Eastern States Abia, Anambra, Ebonyi, Enugu and Imo State amongst whom are oil producing got a total of N525.5bn Naira.
