The proposed piece of legislation is full of unconstitutionalities, ethnic discriminations, fundamental human rights violations, religious tenets violations, conspicuous criminal omissions and unforgiveable legislative indiscretions.
The Bill’s concluding explanatory memorandum says that the Bill seeks to provide for, among other things, the establishment of the National Grazing Reserve Commission of Nigeria, for the preservation and control of national grazing reserves and stock routes in the country.
Its key provisions and high points include, but are not limited to, the following:
1. To establish a National Grazing Reserve Commission (NGRC), a body corporate. #EzeInterprets: A body to look out for the best of lands which would be given to Fulani's ALONE.
2. The NGRC may acquire, hold, lease or dispose of any property, moveable or immoveable for the purpose of carrying out its function. #EzeInterprets: All land and property in Nigeria will automatically be owned and controlled by this Fulani-serving body so long as it is Nigeria including your land, estates etc. Remember Ahmadu Bello said "This new country Nigeria should be the ESTATE of our great grand father Uthman DanFodio..." It has begun.
3. The NGRC shall have a governing Council headed by a Chairman appointed by the President and confirmed by the Senate with members representing the Federal Ministry of Agriculture, Rural Development and Water Resources, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Environment,Housing and Urban Development, the National Commission for Nomadic Education and shall also have a Director General. #EzeInterprets: This Fulani body will be another arm of govt which Buhari would appoint the Heads( of course Fulani's alone) to rule Nigeria.
4. To raise monies by way of grants, loans, borrowing, subsidies and donations. #EzeInterprets: The body will be receiving allocations, borrowing on the burden of Nigerians, receive subsidies (Cheaper prices to collect your property).
5. The following lands may be subject to the provisions of the Act to be constituted as National Grazing Reserves
and Stock Routes:
(a) Lands at the disposal of the Federal
Government of Nigeria.
(b) Any lands in respect of which it appears to the Commission that grazing in such land should be practiced.
(c) Any land acquired by the Commission through purchase, assignment, gift or otherwise howsoever.
#EzeInterprets: A. Any land owned by the Fed govt automatically belongs to Fulani and that would be about 10% lands in Nigeria many of which would affect Abuja.
B. Any land that the commission desires would become a Fulani grazing area. Hmm
C. Any land obtained otherwise will be alloted to Fulani's including the ones they get by genocide! Think!!!
6. State Governments shall be given notice first before land acquisition and gazetting.
#EzeInterprets: All states shall be affected. What BokoHaram could not do by the sword is being achieved by the law. Wake up. Who owns the land makes the laws and is king. That means Fulani would be ruling in every state.
7. The Commission shall pay compensation to persons affected by any land acquisition. #EzeInterprets: Go and hold state or even local govts for not paying salaries not to talk of lands gotten by DIPLOMATIC CONQUEST. Also, how much compensation shall u collect for your freedom, also, the compensations if at all, would also be from money made from oil and industries that belong to u, as fulani add nothing. So they would use the money in your account to pay u for your land, and kill the rest who wouldnt sell theirs .
8. There shall be no improvements, encroachment, bush burning, hunting, use of chemicals and felling of trees by anyone inside lands acquired and demarcated as National Grazing Reserves or Stock Routes.
Contravention of any of the provisions in ( above shall be punishable by a fine of N50,000 or 5 years imprisonment or both.
#EzeSayz: Once any land has been marked as Fulani grazing area, u dare death to step into it, just as it has already started - Farmers including a former Secretary of Nigeria being bullied in their
farms so many killed, raped etc. This law would increase that hundred fold.
10. No Court of law shall carry out execution of its judgment or attachment of court process issued against the Commission in any action or suit without obtaining the prior consent of the Attorney General of the Federation. #EzeInterprets: This Fulani Body and people thus are above the law and above every court in Nigeria and are only answerable to Buhari!!! Hitler indeed.
11. For the time being, the Commission shall report to the Honorable Minster for Agriculture and Water Resources. #EzeSayz: The Senate, governors etc dont have say over this body.
12. Native communities referred to in the Bill shall be any group of persons occupying any lands in accordance with, and subject to native law and custom. ….the list then goes on. #EzeInterprets: That is every land could be taken from the indigenous people of the land just as Plateau, Benue States etc are witnessing.

FINAL COMMENTARY What u must know and understand is that this is all about CONQUEST. The fulanis see Buhari's tenure as the last and hottest opportunity to Conquer Nigeria probably rename it, totally Islamise it , and rule over it as well as Africa.
Also, all the atrocities, ethnic cleansing, genocides being committed by fulanis are planned, missionary, supported and backed by the state (Buhari)
The Fulanis are backward ppl and have left W. Africa backwards and must be resisted.
