INTRA ETHNIC CONFLICT: OKEZIE IKPEAZU CANNOT BE REMOVED - NGWA YOUTHS

The Judgement of Justice Okon Abang of the Federal High Court in Abuja which ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission(INEC) to immediately Issue Certificate of return to the President of Masters Energy Dr Uchechukwu Sampson Ogah as the duly elected governor of Abia sparked protests in Ogborhill exis of Aba,the enyimba City Yesterday.
Justice Okon Abang had on Monday ruled that Governor Okezie Ikpeazu of Abia State was not qualified to contests the December 8 2014 governorship primaries of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) on grounds that his  Tax Clearance Certificate in Form IT 70, reference No. SPA/HQ/2437 with serial number 095827 and dated 04/07/2014, which was submitted by Ikpeazu to both INEC and the PDP, showing payment of his Income Tax for the years 2011, 2012 and 2013, were forged.

The Court went ahead after disqualifying governor Okezie Ikpeazu to order the Independent National Electoral Commission to issue certificate of return to the 1st runner up in the election Dr Uche Ogah as he ruled that the votes Ikpeazu allegedly got during the April 11 2015 Governorship election in Abia State belong to him.

Reacting to the Judgement of the High Court,Youths of the Ngwa Extraction yesterday declared that the distraction of their son is enough and those responsible should think twice because

"Alex Otti an Aro man disturbed our son and after everything he failed,Now Uche Ogah an Uturu man is coming to test the will power of the Ngwa Man,he should be guided properly before he ignites the wrath of the forefathers of the Ngwa People"

Some of the Placards carried by the protesting Youths reads in Parts"Court Allow Ikpeazu to finish his good Works,No Okezie No Peace .

The said they will resort to violent if those who are beaten the drum beat of war against the Ngwa People refuses the voice of reason
