After the 5th Afrikan conference of 1945, all leading nationalists of Afrikan nations should have formed the Afrikan Parliament.
As one Parliament, the United States of Afrika should have been declared and a leader elected by the parliament.
The parliament and the leader should have formed the Afrikan government with the Afrikan army.

This should have been done around 1958, because  Dr. Kwame Nkruma organized the All Afrikan People’s Conference AAPC, Dec. 1958 a follow up of the conferences of Independent Afrikan States held in April the same year organised by the leader of Afrika, Dr. Kwame Nkruma and attended by Libya, Ethiopia, Liberia, Morocco, Tunisia, Sudan United Republic of Egypt and Ghana.

The AAPC according to reports had approximately 300 delegates in attendance representing 65 different national liberation movements, trade unions and mass organizations from 28 countries.

The slogan for the conference according was “Hands off Afrika.” The A. A. P Conference met to chart a way forward on how to achieve continental freedom. The agenda of the conference entailed anti-colonialism, anti-imperialism, anti-racialism, Afrikan Unity and non-alignment.

Other issues discussed at the conference included colonial boundaries, the role of the traditional and religious leaders and regional groupings. The Conference emerged with some few resolutions. The Conference undertook to use no violence in all endeavours to achieve independence in Afrikan continent.

It was in this conference that Afrika should have united continentally under Dr. Kwame Nkruma to form the United states of Afrika and to negotiate and fight for Afrikan freedom as only one organisation for all Afrikan states once and for all.

The independence of the United states of Afrika should have been declared on a single day to the colonisers.

The army would have fought till the colonisers bulged.

After independence, the map of Afrika should have been redrawn by referendum and Afrikan language established with other unifying factors.

This is not wisdom from inspiration this is wisdom by observation of how others did it.

If this was done, there wouldn't have been any negotiations with the colonisers for neocolonialism;

All Afrika would have been free once and for all, that is the power of unity but rather look at how Afrika got her independence.
